At New Hope Therapy the primary goals are relief and empowerment. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) you will be assisted in developing strategies to overcome challenges and will be provided support in developing effective tools to create healthy sustainable change.

I offer in person services and also a secure and HIPAA compliant video service through Simple Practice that allows us to meet through a computer, tablet, or phone. While this medium is imperative through the pandemic, it also offers the convenience of being able to do therapy at home, at a park, or even on your lunch break at work. It also allows me to be along with you while you challenge anxiety in real-life scenarios.
